U8-U10 Select and Premier divisions

Sunday Game Dates: 3/16, 3/23, 3/30, 4/6, 4/13, 4/20
Times: 8:00, 9:00, 10:00, 11:00, 12:00
20 minute games - 2 games per day

GAME SCHEDULE (posted 3/19/2014)
To provide independent teams and clubs opportunities to develop their players in a non-competitive environment. The "spirit" of the league is developmental, no scores or standings will be kept. Because of the limited enrollment, a selection criteria and process have been implemented.
HYSA has approved the organization and operation of the league to carryout the mission of providing opportunities for younger players during the Spring Season.
All teams will register on-line through the Affinity System. Payment will be made by Club or Personal Credit Card. All participants (players, teams and coaches) must be registered with HYSA and have a current member pass. Priority will be given to HYSA teams that were registered and competed during the Winter season. New teams will be admitted, space permitting. All teams must compete in their respective age and gender divisions.
HYSA rules are in effect during this league, with the following modifications:
1. Players from the same club may participate as long as they are properly entered on the game cards prior to the start of the game, have a valid player pass and are age appropriate. NO write-in's will be allowed, all game cards must be type written.
2. Players wishing to participate on teams from other clubs, or non-club teams, must obtain written permission from their current coach along with properly completed HYSA Player Status Form (PSF). The PSF must be submitted to the HYSA State Registrar prior to the game being played.
3. All new players into the HSL must be registered with HYSA. They must submit a completed HYSA registration form and obtain a valid HYSA pass before they will be allowed to participate in any league match. Official rosters are maintained by HYSA.

Submit the following via mail to the address listed on the HYSA Spring Scrimmage League webpage, on the HYSA website:
1- Copy of HYSA membership form
2- Copy of Birth Certificate
3- 1x1 photo
4- $20 fee (Checks made payable to HYSA)
5- A self-addressed stamped envelope

PREGAME PROCEDURES AND EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS:
Each team will provide to the referee a completed Game Card and current HYSA player passes. Game cards will be type written and contain all player's names, jersey #'s, date, time and field location, along with the names of all coaches on the sideline for that game. All coaches must display and have a current coaches pass to be a coach in the Hawaii Spring League. Teams without a registered coach will not be allowed to play.
Referees will check that each player has a valid player pass and has been entered on the game cards provided to the referee. Referees or their assistants will also check required player equipment (shinguards, proper footwear), and ask non-uniform wear to be removed (ear-rings, bracelets, etc).
All teams must come prepared with 2 sets of jerseys. Home team should be prepared to change in the event of color conflict. Jerseys should be numbered, and no two players on the same team shall have the same number. Goal Keeper jerseys do not need to be numbered and should differ from the field players and referees.
Team shall occupy the same side of the field, while spectators should remain on the opposite side of the field. Spectators should sit on the side of the field directly opposite their own team's bench.
The league is developmental.
No scores are recorded.
No standings are kept or posted.

Dates and times will be set by the HYSA Futsal Coordinator.
RULE OF THE GAME:
General playing rules of FIFA, USYS, US Futsal and HYSA are in effect and as modfied. Please see HYSA Rule 3 concerning player ejections and suspensions.
