Coach/Admin Registration

Please read the following in its entirety and pass along to anyone who will need a HYSA coaching pass for the 2025-2026 season.

Before starting, check the expiration date of your current pass before proceeding as NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN!

Registration for 2025-2026 will open on July 16, 2025. Applications submitted before this date will be processed in the 2024-2025 season which affect the expiration date of your new pass.

All coaches (returning and new) need to complete Safesport and HCamp trainings for the 2025-2026 season. Certificates of completion must be completed on or after June 1, 2025.  No certificates completed before June 1, 2025 will be accepted.  

Certificates will need to be uploaded to your account with HYSA Stack Sports and verified before receiving an “approved” risk management status. Links for these trainings are found in your Stack Sports account under “certificates”. No other certificates will be accepted.

Select the option that relates to you

1. Go to the registration link below
2. Log in with your username and password.  
   • Do not create a new account if you do not remember or username or password. Go to the HYSA Stack Sports website site and submit a help ticket for assistance or email hysarm@yahoo.com
   • Coaches new to HYSA should create a new account.
3. Make sure season is set to 2025-2026.  
4. Registration type:  Coach / Admin Registration
5. Press “Continue”
6. Press “Edit” to make any changes to your personal information.
7. Press “Continue”
8. Click “Register as Coach/Administrator” next to your name only.  Do not register for another person listed as each person has their own unique log in credential.
9. Play Level Adult Risk Management”
10. Check your Personal Information, Address Information, Admin Information, ID Information and Association Additional Information.
11. Press “Save & Next Page”
12. Read Volunteer Disclosure and click “I accept” box.
13. Press “Agree & Continue”
14. Registration Fee
    • Enter payment method
15. Press “Continue”
16.  Enter credit card information.
17. Press “Continue”
18. Enter your SSN for a background report
19. Press “submit”

Your application should now be completed.

In the next 2 weeks, you will receive an email on the status of your application.

Please complete the following:

1. Complete SafeSport and HCamp certificates on June 1, 2025 or after.

2. Upload said certificates on July 16 when registration has been opened or after.

3. Email hysarm@yahoo.com or your respective league registrar for verification

NOTE: You will NOT receive a new pass and should continue to use the pass that was sent to you last season.

• Certificates – Names on certificates must match name listed on your Affinity account and certificates must be dated June 1, 2025. or after.  Do not use nicknames when completing your trainings.
• No social security number?  If you do not have a social security number or did not get the screen to submit your SSN, please email hysarm@yahoo.com for assistance.
• Headshot photo – If you wish to change your headshot photo, please email hysarm@yahoo.com
  • No hats, sunglasses, or shirtless photos will be accepted.  
• HYSA Physical Pass distribution – Approved passes will be mailed to address noted in your account.  
• Kauai Coaches/Administrators:  Your passes will be mailed to the Kauai league registrar.  

 NOTE:  Keep passes in a safe place if not using during your league season.   Hard or physical passes are required for ALL HYSA and mainland tournaments.

• Replacement Pass – To request a replacement pass, email hysarm@yahoo.com.   Cost: $15
