2026-2027 HYSA Risk Management Registration

ALL COACHES (Returning and New)
  1. Log in to your Sports Connect account.  If you are new to HYSA and do not have an account, proceed to step 7.
  2. Click on “Certificates” tab
  3. Read instructions and obtain links to complete SafeSport and HCAMP trainings
  4. Upload certificates of completion (must be dated June 1, 2026 or after) to your Sports Connect account on or after July 15, 2026.
  5. Check photo next to name. If missing, upload an updated headshot photo. No sunglasses, hats or shirtless photos
  6. Returning coaches, go to step 8.
  7. New Coaches/Administrators go to:

    Click on “Create an Account” and complete a risk management application. Make sure to make payment of $22.50 and enter your social security number for a background report. Incomplete applications will not be processed. When done, complete steps 1 to 5 above (training certificates and photo).
  8. Check Expiration date of your pass:
    • For passes expiring in 2027, inform your club/league registrar that you have uploaded your 2026 HCAMP and SafeSport certificates. Certificates must be verified before you can be added to any team roster.
    • Passes expiring in 2026, submit a risk management application, make payment of $22.50, and enter your social security number for a background report. If you do not complete all 3 items, your application is incomplete and will not be processed. Registration link can be found at step 7 above.

SafeSport Note: The following SafeSport certificates of completion will be accepted by HYSA.  All others will be deleted.
*SafeSport Trained – U.S. Soccer Federation (also referred to as “Core” training)
*SafeSport Refresher 1
*SafeSport Refresher 2
*SafeSport Refresher 3

 OTHER INFORMATION:

  • Certificates – Names on certificates must match name listed on your Sports Connect account and certificates must be dated June 1, 2026. or after.  Do not use nicknames when completing your trainings.
  • No social security number?  If you do not have a social security number or did not get the screen to submit your SSN, please email hysarm@yahoo.com for assistance.
  • Headshot photo – If you wish to change your headshot photo, please email hysarm@yahoo.com
    • No hats, sunglasses, or shirtless photos will be accepted.   

 NOTE:  Keep passes in a safe place if not using during your league season.   Hard or physical passes are required for ALL HYSA and mainland tournaments.

  • Replacement Pass – To request a replacement pass, email hysarm@yahoo.com.   Cost: $15
